SUUUUUUPER excited. I'm hyped about floor to ceiling windows and having my own place. The kitchen and bedrooms are spacious and the bathroom looks and feels tasteful.

Living in this rented house has been a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The place is clean, bright. The furniture is simple but modern, and all the basic facilities are in good condition, from the kitchen appliances to the bathroom fixtures.

The location! It’s a wonderful area with everything surrounding the building. The security and the cleanliness are amazing. The only downside is that there is no parking space and it’s very difficult for visitors to park even for few minutes to get inside the building.

Super excited gym kinda sucks but other than that love it. The pool table is awesome but we need to get better cues, same with the foosball table.

So excited! The process was so quick and easy, and it went very smoothly. Only half a star off because I do wish we had the opportunity to move in earlier at a lower price, but the date wasn't too bad.

Arbor blu is an amazing place to live for all students. It’s in the perfect spot for great food and night life. I spend most of my time in the study lounge or gym!

I am about to start a new life in Sterling Arbor Blu, and I am full of expectations. This is not only a relocation, but also a new starting point for self-growth and independent life. I feel very safe and satisfied when I think about being able to greet the sun in a spacious and bright room every morning, and having a quiet and comfortable space to relax and study after returning from the campus within a ten-minute walk. Sterling Arbor Blu not only has a superior location and complete living facilities, but also symbolizes the beginning of a new stage in my life. I look forward to establishing my own rhythm here, meeting new neighbors, accumulating good memories, studying quietly, and living seriously.

Amazing place to live, and I highly recommend it! It is not super expensive like a lot of other places in Ann Arbor, and it has the same amenities as the nicer places around here.

I have toured twice now and am counting down the days until move in!! I love the floor plans, the modern feel of the apartment, the spacious bathrooms, nice kitchen, etc. I currently live in a shared room in a dorm and I can't wait to have my own space!

I live in a house right now that's super old and very gross so I am very excited to live in a clean area. I am also excited about all the amenities that we will have and access to so that I do not have to face the winter cold during exam times

I am extremely excited to experience a new space with new people! Additionally, I am excited to be in community spaces like the gym, patio, or study room. But, I'd have to say one of the things I'm most excited about--as someone coming from the dorms--is a KITCHEN. A fully functioning kitchen with a functioning stove and a nice sized refrigerator is something I never thought I'd dream of
