Smooth move in. Friendly staff. Ask as many questions as you like! Got a mug as a gift too! Calm and peaceful atmosphere as well. Definitely recommend!

Amazing place to live, and I highly recommend it! It is not super expensive like a lot of other places in Ann Arbor, and it has the same amenities as the nicer places around here.

I have toured twice now and am counting down the days until move in!! I love the floor plans, the modern feel of the apartment, the spacious bathrooms, nice kitchen, etc. I currently live in a shared room in a dorm and I can't wait to have my own space!

I live in a house right now that's super old and very gross so I am very excited to live in a clean area. I am also excited about all the amenities that we will have and access to so that I do not have to face the winter cold during exam times

After the tour of my apartment, I can’t wait to live in my apartment next semester. The living room is cozy but also big enough to host. Bathrooms look great and bedrooms are spacious and homey.

Sterling Arbor Blu is a very conveniently located apartment building close to central campus and the business school. The apartments are high quality.

was pretty excited. Very happy to be in such a good location on campus, close to all sorts of restaurants and my classes. Building has great amenities as well.
