Move-Out Date & Time
Your official move-out date is July 31st at 12:00 PM. While you’re welcome to move out earlier if needed, please remember that your lease responsibilities remain in place through the end of the lease term. In accordance with your lease agreement, all residents must vacate their apartments on or before July 31st. Unfortunately, late move-outs cannot be accommodated, and remaining in the unit past this date may result in holdover status as outlined in your lease agreement. Please also note that moving out early does not release you from your lease obligations, including rent through the full lease term. If you have any questions or need clarification, our team is here and happy to help.

What to Turn In
Please be prepared to turn in the items below during the move out. It’s important you turn these into an Arbor BLU Team Member to ensure we have received them unless your move-out is after hours, in which then you can return your keys in the drop box located outside of the office doors. Please be sure to label and seal the move-out envelope with your keys inside before dropping into the drop box. Missing mailbox keys are $75, missing parking passes are $50, and missing key fobs are $100. · Resident Key Fob · Resident Mailbox Key · Parking Hang Tag

Your Last Installment
July 1st will be your last rent installment with Arbor BLU. This will also be the last month for your utility payment as well.. Your Final Account Statement will be emailed to you in the coming weeks after your lease end date. This will include any move-out charges (you hopefully avoided!) or will show you owe $0 (Great job!!).

Saying Goodbye
As your time here comes to an end, we want to take a moment to thank you — not just for being a resident, but for being part of our community. Whether this was your first home away from home or just one chapter in your journey, we hope you take with you great memories, lasting friendships, and a sense of growth. It’s been our privilege to support you during this time in your life, and we wish you nothing but success and happiness in all that comes next. Don’t be a stranger — you’ll always have a place in the Arbor BLU story.
