Getting Started
1. Click the link below to notify our team you will be looking for a lease reassignment, and to acknowledge your responsibilities as the current lease holder.
a) Your balance must be zero to start the lease reassignment process.
2. Pay the lease reassignment fee ($400).
3. Find a potential candidate. YOU are responsible for finding the individual to take over your lease and ensuring they complete their end of the process.
4. Have the incoming resident apply for the appropriate floorplan on the property website. The applicant must apply, sign, and be approved to be eligible for Lease Reassignment.
Move Out Process
*once lease reassignment is approved
1. Pay all outstanding balances on the account.
2. Move all items out of unit and turn in keys a minimum of 1 business day before the reassigned individual move-in date. Keys must be turned in to the office.
3. Check in with office to make sure you are all set!
